Where is my order?

If you have recently placed an order and you are wondering why you haven't received it yet, please first check that it has been dispatched. To do this, visit the View Order History section of the My Account pages. If you're not already logged in, you will be asked to login using the email address you have previously supplied us with and your password. If you do not know your password, click Email me my password and it will be sent to you.

Your most recent order will be displayed at the top of the list. If your order has been dispatched, the order status will be 'Shipped'.

Please also check the delivery address you entered by clicking the View Order link on the left hand side.

If your order has been shipped, in spite of our best efforts, from time to time there can be unexpected delivery delays, and so we please ask that you wait up to 7/10 working days for an order to be delivered. We also advise that you ask your local post office if they have previously tried to deliver your order. If after 7/10 working days your order still hasn't arrived, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team and we'll do our best to find it.

If you order has been dispatched by express delivery, you can track your parcel by going to www.dhl.co.uk and entering your tracking number. Please remember that your order will need signing for upon delivery.

View order history

To view a record of your previous orders, visit the View Order History section of the My Account pages. If you're not already logged in, you will be asked to login using the email address you have previously supplied us with and your password. If you do not know your password, click Email me my password and it will be sent to you.

Here you can view your recent orders with Serif. To view older orders change the year from the drop down list in the centre of the page. For further information on any of these orders, click the View Order link on the left hand side.

Product Keys

To view a list of Product Keys for your software, visit the View Product Keys section of the My Account pages. If you're not already logged in, you will be asked to login using the email address you have previously supplied us with and your password. If you do not know your password, click Email me my password and it will be sent to you.

Here you'll see a list of all Product Keys available for your software.

I have a problem with my order

If you take delivery of an order and the contents have been damaged in transit, you may exchange the items within 30 days of receiving it. If you feel that the item is in any way defective, you have the right to return the faulty item within a reasonable period of time. For either of these cases, or if you feel that we have sent you the wrong item, or that something is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service Team.

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong item and wish to return it, please see the Returns section to find out what to do.

My order hasn't been authorized

Make changes to your order

You can amend any order placed with Serif, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. To check the status of your order visit the View Order History section of the My Account pages. If you're not already logged in, you will be asked to login using the email address you have previously supplied us with and your password. If you do not know your password, click Email me my password and it will be sent to you.

Your most recent order will be displayed at the top of the list. If your order is listed as 'Awaiting Dispatch', or 'Awaiting Card Authorisation' then we should be able to amend your order for you. Please contact our Customer Service Team to do so.

@Leslie: Are you still waiting for your order to arrive?

I ordered the Sound Effects Collection on January 3, 2014; an e-mail message says it was shipped on January 6, but until today, 27TH of January, 2014, I still have not received it. Can you please look into this for me?
